Shipping and Returns


COVID-19 DELAYS: Unfortunately we are not accepting international orders at this time, as we are unable to confirm exact shipping dates based ongoing carrier delays.

If you are within North America we will still be able to support your order at this time. NOTE: There are additional delays from Canada Post and this is beyond our control.

We want to get you in our swimwear as soon as possible, here's what you can expect, without factoring delays in:

Domestic Shipping - Within Canada, once your order has been dispatched, you can expect your order within 7 business days.

International Shipping - Shipping time may vary depending on the country of arrival.  Send us a message if you want to confirm timing at


If you’re outside Canada, you may be expected to pay duties upon delivery. KAIKOS Ltd. has no liability for any applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost.  KAIKOS Ltd. cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

Sometimes things just don’t work out! We’ll gladly accept returns, within 14 days of you receiving the order, for either an exchange or a store credit.

Return shipping is not prepaid, please arrange shipping locally.

No exchange or returns on sale items.  

Condition of returns:

  • Full priced items
  • Unworn and undamaged
  • Tags attached
Please note: Items returned to us that do not meet the conditions above, will not be exchanged and will be sent back to you at your expense.
